Here on Sanibel Island, Tropical Storm Fay gave us a bit of a scare but we’re very happy to report that that was all she did.  Sanibel Moorings weathered the storm in fine fashion – and so did our sea turtle nest!  The very next day was time to hit the beaches and see what seashell treasures awaited.  Our guests found some real beauties!

Speaking of our sea turtle nest, that too is doing great! We were thrilled that the predicted high surf from Fay never came.  Hatching is still a ways off, and we’re all getting excited and anxious to perhaps catch a glimpse of the hatchlings.
